1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PLINTH, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

PLINTH is a tool for tracking investment properties, leases, tenants, and payments. It is provided for your personal record-keeping. PLINTH is not a substitute for legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use PLINTH.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • PLINTH offers a free tier and paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Portfolio, Unlimited) with the limits and prices shown in the app.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
  • Cancel any time in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple under their App Store policies.
  • Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the data you put into PLINTH (property details, photos, documents, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to bypass security; (b) use the service for unlawful activity; (c) upload malware; (d) abuse, scrape, or overload our infrastructure; (e) resell access to the service without permission.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for non-payment.

8. Disclaimers

PLINTH is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Calculations (cash flow, returns, etc.) are estimates based on the data you enter and should be verified before relying on them for financial decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLINTH and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
